2 out of 5 starsArrived in average time. When in I contacted shop owner about how long it would take she referred me to her policies. I thought she seemed a little irritated. When the bracelet arrived it was cheaply made and not what I expected.

This buyer had asked me why it hadn’t shipped after after 3 days. I gave my processing time and where that info can be found on Etsy items. Buyer replied saying that the order stated it would only be 3 days. To which I provided the info from the relavent places, as I understand Etsy can be a little confusing, and that the item was actually shipping that day ahead of schedule :)

Frequently asked questions
How do I get something customized?
Pieces available to be customized will state under the product picture.
To have something customized you may use the "notes to seller" feature at checkout OR click "request a custom order". When choosing customization make sure you can reply to emails from the seller so we can ensure you receive the correct items. If you do not wish to customize a piece, you will receive randomized colors.
Please keep in mind that mystery/random packs and grab bags can have requests, but may not be done. If you want something fully customized, we will need to set up a custom listing for you.
Photos are examples of what you may receive.
Can I have something gift wrapped?
Per request we can add personalized tags and gift wrap to your order. We can only ship to the address provided on your Etsy account, but we can exclude any order details from the inner package. Please include this information either in the "notes to seller" at checkout or as a message.
My choker/collar was bent during shipping.
For fabric chokers
Lay your choker flat on a stable heat resistant surface. Place a piece of ironing paper over the bent area and set your iron to low. Slowly iron over the bent area until it is flat, you may have to turn the choker over and iron the other side as well.
For faux leather chokers

If your choker contains spikes, you may have to hold it to iron the non spiked side. Do not iron spikes, flowers, or other decals.
